Unfortunately, after that experience, I've never had the need to use their service since I've been a PayPal user for quite a while. I'm a relatively experienced computer user, and I must admit that the PayPal service has been top notch every single time I've used it. :) @Al

It was easy to see what was going on with it and was completed in a timely fashion. I think I'd be more than confortable to use it again in the future.
